We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Leader to manage and inspire our team of Inside Sales Representatives to new levels of success.
Position Overview: As the Inside Sales Leader you will play a critical role in leading and managing a team of four 4 Inside Sales Representatives. You will be responsible for ensuring the teams performance is aligned with River Runs business objectives by implementing effective sales strategies coaching and mentoring team members and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate the team enhance their performance and contribute to achieving the companys sales goals through proper client communication and the sales quoting process. The right person will also work directly with a service team to handle the sales and quoting needs for a portfolio of toptier clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Focused on Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
- Innovation and Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including Marketing and Operations to ensure seamless of sales strategies and deliver exceptional client experiences. Conduct research and make internal recommendations on products and issues.
- Precision Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales metrics and analyze team performance providing regular reports to upper management. Utilize data to make informed decisions and improve team results.
- Positive Team Leadership & Management: Oversee a team of Inside Sales Representatives providing positive guidance support and coaching to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Sales Strategy & : Develop and implement effective sales strategies ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Continuously monitor sales performance making necessary adjustments to achieve targets.
- Training & Development: Train and mentor the sales team on best practices product knowledge and sales techniques. Provide ongoing feedback and support to foster team growth and development. Stay current on technological advancements and look for innovation opportunities. Attend trade shows to learn about new products and maintain current product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Inside Sales with at least 3 years of experience in a management role or leading a team of sales professionals.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a B2B or similar sales environment.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ConnectWise is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess team performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- A proactive resultsdriven mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
