We provide our customers with an extensive line of construction forestry snow removal and landscaping equipment in counties throughout Pennsylvania. We also serve surrounding communities with our 24hour towing and hauling services. Our new facility in Warrington includes a stateoftheart service department an expansive equipment showroom and a wellstocked parts department serving customers with all makes and models of heavy equipment and heavyduty trucks alike.

Are you a highly motivated and talented HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic organization We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Earthborne Trucks and Equipment. As a Human Resources Generalist you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and wellbeing of our employees while driving the companys growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Provide fullcycle HR support including but not limited to recruitment onboarding employee relations performance management compensation and benefits administration and offboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions advertise open positions and conduct interviews to attract and select top talent.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding process for new employees including paperwork completion benefits enrollment and policy training.
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies procedures and best practices promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Resolve employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Support performance management processes including goal setting performance appraisals and development plans.
- Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a resource for employees regarding benefits questions and issues.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies procedures and programs aligning with company goals and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on HR trends laws and regulations ensuring compliance and recommending improvements to HR practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role preferably in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of HR policies procedures and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in fullcycle recruitment and onboarding.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in GSuite and MS Office Suite.
- Experience with Isolved platform helpful
