Position Summary: The Regional Field Recruiter provides fullcycle recruiting services to the assigned business unit(s) in U.S. and Canadian marketsand is responsible for providing the sourcing interviewing and delivering qualified diverse candidates for highvolume fieldbased positions which may include installation direct sales onlocation marketers and field canvassers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand the talent demands of assigned functional area and translate those demands into a staffing strategy that is timely and results driven with clear action items.
  • Develop creative sourcing plans to include traditional networking strategies grass roots digital paid advertising and social media strategies.
  • Review resumes and applications phone interview and recommend top talent for a widevariety of positions including frontline recruiting for fieldbased positions.
  • Screen evaluate and follow up with candidates on requirements and equipment (if applicable) needed to join Leaf Home in the worker ecosystem (W2 or 1099.
  • Interview candidates in local field office to evaluate fit for assigned requisitions.
  • Manage and track applicants and provide weekly recruitment status updates to assigned business unit team lead and/or manager.
  • Conduct cold call recruiting through high volume of outbound phone calls to prospective candidates and businesses.
  • Work with management peers and other HR colleagues to ensure consistency across the organization relating to policies and/or practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all required local state and federal employment and labor laws.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree preferred or equivalent combination of education training and experience.
  • 2 years of corporate agency or headhunter recruiting experience.
  • Intermediateexperience supporting multiple business units in nonexempt level recruiting.
  • Intermediateexperience with one or more recruiting software platforms such as: ZipRecruiter CareerBuilder LinkedIn Indeed various applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without dropping the ball.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highenergy teamoriented environment and have a roll up your sleeves and win every day mentality.
  • Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being selfdriven in accomplishing goals.
  • Detailoriented and can focus on task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately.
  • Ability to logically connect ideas scrutinize and evaluate arguments find inconsistencies and errors in work solve complex problems and engage in reflection.
  • Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels keeping peer and customer needs first.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Project and/or Access).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1B status).

Travel Requirements:

  • More than 10 domestic travel required.

Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:

  • Additional hours may be required (exempt positions).

Physical Requirements:

  • Normal office environment. Hybrid work schedule. Office located in Hudson OH.
  • Performs indoor work in a climatecontrolled environment.
  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
