Position Title: Medical Receptionist Mental Health Services
Location: Peel Health Hub Mandurah
Schedule: 2 days/week 8:30am 4:30pm) Wednesdays required

Your Role
Were looking for a welcoming and organised Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients accessing our mental health services. If you enjoy making people feel supported keeping things running smoothly and working in a valuesdriven teamthis could be your perfect fit.
What Youll Do
- Greet clients and manage appointment bookings
- Process Medicare billings and reconcile payments
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate client records
- Handle incoming calls mail and referrals
- Provide admin and reception support as needed
- Help keep our space organised stocked and welcoming
What You Bring
- Experience in medical or health reception
- Familiarity with Medicare billing (desirable)
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- A caring professional attitude and team spirit
Essential Requirements
- Right to work in Australia
- WA drivers license
- Valid Police Check and Working with Children Check
