As a Vice President Product Manager in the AI for Data Management team you will collaborate with firmwide teams business lines and corporate functions to identify opportunities and design AI solutions. You will focus on enhancing the firms data management and governance capabilities working within a dynamic team that values innovation and collaboration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision objectives value propositions and roadmap based on a deep understanding of customer needs industry landscape and regulatory environment.
- Build lead and nurture the product and engineering teams that will support the delivery of your product and vision.
- Define problem space to develop product requirements and value propositions.
- Create and maintain a prioritized backlog based on customer research and data analysis.
- Build a gotomarket strategy and product collaterals for business development teams.
- Deliver written visual and oral presentations of modeling results to business and technical stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with the latest research in LLM ML and data science leveraging emerging techniques for ongoing enhancement.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Formal training or certification in Product management concepts and 6 years applied experience
- Curiosity and ability to think outside the box while applying a rigorous dataled approach to product management and innovation.
- Handson approach including sketching prototypes or writing logic to explain ideas and testing products.
- Ability to analyze and improve processes and productize AI model solutions.
- Exceptional analytical problemsolving communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate business needs to technical leadership and technical issues to business leadership.
- Strong attention to detail and quality with excellent written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Proficiency in data management tools.
- Familiarity with data governance and regulatory requirements (e.g. BCBS 239 GDPR CCPA).
- Experience in building AIled solutions for productivity tooling or automation understanding regulatory constraints on AI use.
- Proven ability to lead teams manage stakeholder expectations and partner with data scientists and engineers to deliver highquality AI solutions.
