AllHealth Network is currently looking for a qualified Clinical Supervisor to lead our Depression Intensive Outpatient Program location. Additional programs are expected to open in the MOSAIC Center in the next year. We are looking for a leader who can support the growth of these programs. Job Description:

Clinical Supervisor ACT

ACT is an evidencebased practice interdisciplinary teambased approach to the provision of treatment for individuals with severe mental illness and often cooccurring substance use disorders. Therapeutic interventions focus on promoting symptom stability increasing coping skills social skill development and community
integration. Services include wraparound care navigation to assist individuals with connection to community resources skills training to help increase independent living coordination of care with relevant supports individual and family therapy substance use counseling medication management psychoeducation peer support
and vocational services.

• Serves as the connection point with program consultants to monitor the success of the ACT Program
• Utilizes motivational interviewing skills to engage program participants
• Supervises ACT Clinicians and Case Managers
• Coordinates utilization reviews to ensure appropriate fund source coverage for services
• Serves as an active member of the clinical treatment team conducting orientation sessions with all new potential clients; will be expected to fill in providing direct services during clinician gaps
• Ensuring staff compliance with weekly data collection of standardized measures
• Provides timely contact with commercial payers for utilization management updates based on clinical information
• Meets regularly with program staff to review outcomes management procedures adherence and make necessary modifications using a consultative model
• Provides clinical supervision to staff regarding evidencebased program model
• Facilitates periodic onsite visits with program consultants to address environment issues programmatic gaps and areas for improvement

Qualifications:

• At least two years of clinical practice in a crisis setting preferred
• LPC LMFT or LCSW required
• At least one year of supervision practice in an IOP preferred
• Knowledge of utilization management and outcomes management preferred

Pay Rate:

$77000 $84000 annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience education training merit and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include shortterm and longterm incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
