Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Contracts Onboarding and Migration.
In this role youll work with country stakeholders (legal tax compliance and finance) banks entity service providers and banks entity service receivers in completing the SLA details which now known as Service Matrix in new Intragroup Arrangement framework.
Responsibilities
To compile data for bulk upload of Service Matrix.
Review the completeness of data in Service Matrix trigger approval for both the service provider and service receiver authorities to sign or approve.
To drive stakeholder meetings track and manage all the onboarding and migration activities resolve issues and mitigate any risks that hindering the completion of work.
To update progress in tracker system and provide status to the Programme Lead on periodic basis.
Develops the programme resourcing plan and ensures this is refreshed on a monthly basis.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Project Management
Stakeholders Management able to work independently with stakeholders
Good communication
Excel familiar with data formulas.
Power Query (It will be an advantage but not mandatory)
Manage migration or finance related projects before.
Finance (e.g. Invoicing Settlement Payment and etc) and Legal Transformation experience covering process and tooling.
Familiar with Service Level Agreements.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Bachelors degree from a reputable university
PMP (Project Management Professional)
