Position Summary


The ideal candidate will be an experienced salesperson who is comfortable generating sales leads with new clients and growing relationships with existing clients. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective clients needs and offer an ideal solution. The ideal candidate will be a local road warrior with have strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals.


Responsibilities

  • Effectively acts as the company concierge for our clients while collaborating with the Case Management team
  • Identifies client needs conducts appropriate research and proposes IMS service solutions
  • Uses best practices and IMS internal processes to obtain new clients and grow existing client relationships
  • Manages prospect and client relationships in a designated geographical territory
  • Trains rigorously and completely understands all aspects of IMS Medical Expert Witness Services
  • Develops and implements tactical plans to achieve portfolio sales goals and objectives
  • Executes outbound calls and conducts onsite client visits
  • Budgets and allocates resources efficiently to maximize sales outcomes
  • Meets productivity and target case goals
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree
  • 25 years outside professional services sales experience preferably with a legal sales organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
  • Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of sales process
  • Experience in managing and growing a book of business

Skills and Abilities

  • Requires excellent prospecting expertise
  • Onetoone relationship building skills
  • Strong organizational multitasking and time management proficiency
  • History of generating revenues and profits that meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Excellent ability to build new business relationships as well as generate new revenue within existing clients
  • Demonstrates strong client service acumen

Location

  • This position is 100 remote and supports east to west coast time zones
  • Qualified candidates must be based in the San Antonio TX area
