In this crucial role you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations ensuring our guests receive topnotch service in a welcoming environment. Youll be at the heart of our business interacting with guests and staff alike making pivotal decisions that affect the guest experience and the teams performance. Your natural ability to lead and motivate others will shine as you train staff manage schedules and maintain the high standards our establishment is known for. Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in daily operational management and decisionmaking.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
- Train supervise and mentor staff to ensure excellence in service.
- Oversight of front desk operations and coordination with housekeeping and maintenance.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with purchasing and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Implement and assist in marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and promote the establishment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and staff.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting in a hospitality setting.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Previous Italian restaurant management experience a plus!
