Key Account Manager Les Ulis

At Tektronix we believe that fostering strong relationships with our customers is essential to driving innovation and success. As the Key Account Manager in Les Ulis you will be responsible for strategically developing the Paris and Grand Est area focusing on key accounts in Research and Automotive sectors.

This role demands a proactive customercentric approach with the ability to map accounts align our solutions with customer needs and build longterm relationships at all levelsfrom end users to senior management.

To succeed youll need a balanced mix of strategic thinking and handson sales . Spending more than 70 of your time in the field you will actively prospect new business opportunities expand our market share and contribute to the success of Tektronix Keithley and Elektro Automatik in your region (Paris area and Grand Est).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key automotive and research accounts ensuring longterm partnerships
  • Proactively prospect and expand your customer network engaging new clients regularly with an entrepreneurial mindset to capture market share.
  • Conduct regular customer visits 3 days per week) demonstrating autonomy in technical engagements and acting as an expert in solution selling.
  • Structure mindset to build a robust sales pipeline and contribute to accurate forecasting for having long term vision on your activity.
  • Manage and grow key accounts and research customers in Paris and Grand Est with a strong focus on new customer acquisition and market share expansion for Power & Datacom applications.
  • Map and engage multiple stakeholders within key accounts developing mid and longterm strategies from R&D to EndofLine (EOL) testing engaging the right contributors in our company.
  • Identify customer needs and align them with our product solutions working closely with Application Engineers and Product Line teams to technically qualify opportunities.
  • Increase market share through a strategic sales approach fostering customer loyalty and delivering tailored product solutions.
  • Leverage digital tools such as Sales Navigator AIdriven prospecting tools and CRM to optimize customer acquisition and time management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Account Managers from other regions Application Engineers Product Line and Marketing to maximize resources and enhance customer service.
  • Maintain detailed customer data and activity logs using our CRM system.
  • Represent Tektronix with a commitment to ethics transparency and customer obsession.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electronics Engineering Physics or a similar technical field.
  • Proven track record in sales ideally in hightech sectors such as Aerospace Defense and Research.
  • Strong knowledge of Test & Measurement Equipment with the ability to translate technical product details into compelling customer solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and close deals in a competitive environment managing both key accounts and distribution partners.
  • Selfmotivated and highly organized capable of working autonomously in a fastpaced setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers at all levels.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
