Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & :
- Build and implement performancefocused strategies across Meta LinkedIn Twitter Instagram and YouTube.
- Paid Campaign Expertise:
- Manage fullfunnel ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. Should know targeting optimization retargeting A/B testing and budgeting inside out.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Use Meta Business Suite Google Ads Dashboard GA4 and other tools to track KPIs. Share detailed monthly and campaignwise performance reports.
- Algorithm Mastery:
- Deep understanding of how algorithms work across platforms. Ability to adjust strategy to maximize organic reach engagement and conversions.
- Creative Supervision:
- Collaborate with writers designers and video teams to create highperforming content (posts stories reels shorts).
- Community Engagement:
- Own the voice of the brand. Manage DMs comments queries and online reputation.
- Content Calendar & Coordination:
- Build monthly calendars get client approvals and ensure timely .
- Industry Trend Watcher:
- Stay updated on latest platform changes ad formats tools trends and best practices.
MustHave Qualifications
Certified course inDigital Marketingfrom a reputed platform (Google Meta HubSpot Coursera etc.
Indepth working knowledge ofMeta Ads ManagerandGoogle Ads
Handson experience with social media tools like Hootsuite Buffer Canva ChatGPT etc.
Strong command overalgorithm behaviorand content ranking logic
Excellent English communication (written spoken)
Ability to manage 610 brands simultaneously
