The opportunity
Unity is the industry leader in its breadth of platform support for 3d interactive content create once deploy to many. The Unity Strategic Platform team engages with our Strategic Partners to bring our robust creator experience to their target platforms including Windows Mac Consoles XR and more. Your passion is working with these partners to bring innovation to Unitys creator community that unlocks exciting 3d experiences in gaming XR and more. You build trust hold yourself and others accountable and strive to build an inclusive environment where all voices are heard. You are seen as a leader with the ability to navigate large multidisciplinary organisations getting everyone aligned to a northstar to deliver outstanding results to Unity our partners and ultimately our creator community.
What youll be doing
- Lead through influence to plan and deliver the outcomes defined by the partner agreement and related statements of work (SOWs).
- Manage the overall relationship with the partner and ensure mutual alignment with respect to goals priorities outcomes and dates.
- Communicate the health and needs of the relationship to leadership and collaborators within Unity. Ensure the outcomes demonstrate value to both Unity and the partner.
- Leverage leadership and influencers to resolve challenges beyond the scope of the working team.
- Ensure the right level of conversations are happening between the companies to further develop the relationship and business value.
What were looking for
- Excel at navigating large tech corporations to ensure cross company alignment and approvals.
- Technical and business acumen to ask probing questions understand challenges and risks and translate from technical language to business impact.
- Skilled at conflict resolution risk mitigations and managing difficult situations and decisions.
- Deep experience with complex program management
You might also have
- Experience working in Unitys developer ecosystem and awareness of the processes and tools required to create and publish a game.
- Familiarity with software development agreements contracts and statements of work (SOW) documents.
