Job Description
General Summary
State Representative Jenna PersonsMulicka is now accepting applications in her Fort Myers Florida office to assist with a variety of administrative and public relations matters requiring a thorough understanding of the policies procedures and operating practices of the Florida Legislature.

- Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Reports
- Intradistrict Travel
- Municipal County and Regional Issues Related to the District
- Community and Public Outreach
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge and application of House Rules Protocol Housespecific Applications House Administrative Policies and the Legislatures Joint Policies and Procedures.
- Constituent Management
- Daytoday Operations: Monthly Bills Office Files Office Property Office Supplies Office Communications
- Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Reports
- Manage Office Expense Accounts and Travel System
- Required Legislative Filings
- Municipal County and Regional Issues Related to the District

- Mandatory Trainings as Assigned
Minimum Qualifications
An Associates Degree from an accredited college or university and two years of administrative experience; or a Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university.
Professional administrative experience can substitute on a yearforyear basis for the required college education.
Salary: Annual $46356
The Legislature offers a competitive benefits package. This position is not eligible for virtual work.
