Job Description
High school diploma or equivalent required
Requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
License: Must have a valid TN drivers license and good driving record. Good driving record consist of not more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years 1 at fault accident in last 3 years no DUI reckless or careless driving and no suspensions of license in last 3 years.
Previous experience in hospital or industrial maintenance; five to ten years solid background in all phases of building maintenance (remodeling demolition new construction electrical mechanical carpentry pipefitting plumbing etc. preferred
