The Maintenance Central Facility Coordinator under general supervision provides receptionist clerical and administrative support to maintenance central personnel vendors fiscal services and various facilities groups to ensure proper operation. The duties include but are not limited to record keeping telephone operation receiving & dispatching information and processing invoices & work tasks.

General Information:
Position Type and Typical Hours of Work:
FullTime Regular 40 hours per week.
Subject to early mornings late evenings weekends and holidays at times depending upon the project or workload.
Salary:
Commensurate with experience based on 26 pay periods.
