Service Desk Officer
- Paying $45$50 per hour Super
- Immediate Start required
- Potential view to permanency
We are seeking an experienced Level 2/3 IT Support Technician to complete a contract with our client a well known organisation based in Pemulwuy. You must have prior experience in Level 2/3 support and be able to start immediately.
This is a contract based role with an immediate start and a view to permanency.
The Role
- Providing level 2/3 Support to users across the organisation
- Troubleshoot and support users with software hardware and application issues
- Maintain and support Telephony and Voip systems
- Comply with service desk procedures
- Support users across multiple sites
- Contribute to continual process improvement
You have
- Proven experience in a similar or equivalent role and experience in a Service Desk environment.
- The ability to start immediately
- Experience with hardware software and application troubleshooting maintenance and support.
- Demonstrated analytical skills at 123 level incident resolution
- Tertiary or relevant qualification in IT
- Current Australian drivers licence
