Customer Success Associate Ads

About the Role:

Wunderkind is seeking a driven and detailorientedCustomer Success Associate (CSA) to join our dynamic Ads Supply team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain handson experience in programmatic advertising while working with top Digital Publishing brands.

As part of a team managing a diverse portfolio youll handle client requests reporting and data analysis. Youll also contribute to ad management project management and crossfunctional collaboration to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insights: Pull and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities. Develop custom reports based on client needs.
• Customer Service & Relationship Management: Providing excellent customer service and assisting Customer Success Managers with client communications and relationship management.
• Project Management: Work with multiple Customer Success Managers to ensure timely and accurate .
• Presentation & Strategy Support: Assist in creating datadriven presentations and reports to optimize client strategies.
• CrossTeam Collaboration: Work closely with your team and other internal stakeholders to support initiatives troubleshoot campaign issues and drive outcomes.

What Were Looking For

• Strong communicator: Ability to convey insights clearly through written and verbal communication including presentations and reports.
• Detailoriented & organized: Capable of anticipating customer needs and proactively address any issues or concerns managing multiple projects meeting deadlines and ensuring client set up accuracy.
• Analytical mindset: Comfortable working with data pulling reports drawing logical conclusions and reporting findings to key internal or external stakeholders
• Curious & eager to learn: Excited to build expertise inprogrammatic advertising data analysis and client management.
• Techsavvy: Familiarity with tools like Excel or Google Sheets as well as Salesforce Monday and Jira
• Customer Focused:Confident with navigating complex client conversations.

Qualifications:

• 01 year of experience or previous internship in Advertising/Marketing Client Services or a related field.
• Experience with Advertising Digital Publishing or website analytics (e.g. Google Analytics Looker) is preferred but not required.
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn more about the ad industry and programmatic ad space

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience using tools like Salesforce Monday and Jira
• Bachelors degree

The base salary range for this role is $55000$65000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set depth of experience applicable certifications and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
