Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant IT Program Project Manager!
We are seeking an accomplished IT Program/Project Manager with a focus on financerelated business applications. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing projects using Agile methodologies particularly Scrum and SAFe and possess the ability to guide largescale enterprise projects. A strong background in stakeholder management and strategic thinking is required with a proven ability to navigate the complexities of financerelated initiatives.

Responsibilties:
Lead endtoend project management for financerelated business application development ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
Oversee project including planning resource allocation risk management and timely delivery within budget constraints.
Apply Agile principles particularly Scrum and SAFe to enhance project flexibility transparency and delivery speed.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Implement SAFe practices for largescale programs ensuring collaboration and alignment across crossfunctional teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring project goals and communication strategies are aligned.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments developing and executing mitigation plans to minimize impact on project objectives.
Ensure adherence to processes quality standards and deliverables to achieve predictable and highquality project outcomes.
Drive crossfunctional team collaboration empowering teams to continuously improve Agile processes and fostering a transparent collaborative working environment.
Proactively address stakeholder concerns maintaining high levels of stakeholder satisfaction and effectively communicating project progress risks and mitigation strategies.
Support change management activities and ensure successful user adoption of delivered solutions.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager specializing in financerelated business applications or enterprise IT projects.
Extensive experience in implementing Agile methodologies particularly Scrum and SAFe with a focus on project flexibility and delivery speed.
Strong experience managing crossfunctional teams and working with finance business units.
Ability to lead multiple largescale projects concurrently ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering results on time and within budget.
Expertise in risk assessment mitigation strategies and proactive management of project risks and issues.
Excellent stakeholder management decisionmaking and negotiation skills particularly in managing complex project requirements and expectations.
Strong problemsolving conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills.
Solid understanding of Agile and SAFe frameworks with experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing distributed teams.
Ability to build and nurture a collaborative and transparent working environment while driving accountability within teams.

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration Finance or a related field.
experience in IT program/project management with experience in managing large IT projects in a finance or enterprise environment.
Expertise in Agile and SAFe methodologies with a proven track record of leading successful finance application projects.
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence Microsoft Project).
Experience in managing budgets timelines and resource allocation for enterprise projects.

Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in endtoend Program Management
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) PMP or Agile certifications.
Experience with financerelated technologies or platforms (e.g. ERP systems financial data management).
Experience in largescale digital transformation initiatives particularly within the finance domain.
Masters degree in a related field is a plus.
