We are hiring an Executive Assistant to join our team. This position reports to the Chief of Staff and takes Away further by enabling our Presidentand the broader leadership teamto operate with clarity efficiency and impact. Youll manage the daytoday rhythm of the Office of the CEO & President support crossfunctional alignment and help drive key priorities forward in a fastpaced everevolving environment. This role is perfect for someone with sharp judgement who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is eager to grow into a broader transformational role.
Youll provide daytoday administrative support to the President including proactive calendar management complex travel coordination and expense tracking
Youll coordinate Board of Directors and leadership team meeting scheduling materials prep and followups
Youll own the weekly leadership team meeting cadence including agenda development notetaking and tracking action items to ensure completion
Youll work closely with the Chief of Staff to manage workflows balance priorities and ensure the Presidents time is aligned with the businesss most critical needs
Youll support crossfunctional visibility and alignment by maintaining leadership team calendars shared tools and recurring operating rhythms
Youll document and evolve processes templates and SOPs that improve team efficiency consistency and accountability
Youll support shortterm operational projects and internal initiatives as needed helping to bring structure and momentum to loosely defined efforts to make them more actionable
Youll draft clear effective communications and help prepare materials for team meetings company All Hands and board engagement
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior leaders in administrative or operations roles; Clevel exposure is strongly beneficial but not required
Youre highly organized detailobsessed and proactiveyou understand when to act without needing direction and when to clue in key stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page to bring critical work forward
Youre skilled in complex calendar and time management with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fastpaced environment
Youre a clear confident and professional communicator with the maturity to work across senior leaders board members and external partners
Youre a natural coordinator with strong followthrough project management instincts and comfort with ambiguity
Youre discreet trustworthy and professionalespecially when handling sensitive and confidential information
Youre techsavvy and experienced in hybrid work environments (Google Workspace Slack etc.
Youre creative and innovative; you love to build great new things that are fresh and unique while staying on brand
Youre agile and motivated by a fastpaced and ever changing environment

Compensation: $100000.00 annually
This role is eligible to participate in Aways Annual Company Performance Incentive Bonus Plan the terms of which are determined at the discretion of the company
Equity Grant: commensurate with level determined at the discretion of the company

This is an officebased position that works from our Soho NYC office four days a week. Our working hours are 9am6pm et but we embrace a commonsense approach to flexibility in the workplace. Its about being present engaged and balancing work with reallife needs.
