Job Description
The Technical Program Manager for Amazon Bedrock will be at the forefront of shaping the future of AI and machine learning enabling initiatives that revolutionize how businesses leverage generative AI. This role will own key business management and strategy mechanisms for the organization proposing and managing worldwide initiatives and mechanisms to create accelerate and launch generative AI opportunities with partners and customers while helping to inform and manage the business.

Be a key resource on the team interfacing with customers who are looking to scale their workloads on Amazon Bedrock.
Own our business mechanisms and cadence
Contribute to GTM strategy including insights from data and observations
Proactively dive deep into available data to unlock insights and monitor health of initiatives related to global launches.
Drive alignment foster discussion and ensure success of key initiatives and objectives across global stakeholders
Work with Sales Partners and other Specialists to align priorities.
Work closely with global stakeholders on innovative solutions to scale customer assistance mechanisms
Host weekly interlocks with sales and technical leaders across all teams assisting customers and foster collaboration globally.
Monitor GTM and ensure that we execute with the highest levels of quality and in line customer needs.

5 years of technical product or program management experience
7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
3 years of software development experience
5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
