Description
Hire Resolves client in the Engineering industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a QMS Facilitator in Upington Northern Cape for a 12 month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for the National Certificate: Quality Management Systems (NQF Level 5 following the official curriculum.
- Deliver both practical and theoretical instruction to learners ensuring they are actively involved and understand the material.
- Track and evaluate learners progress providing helpful feedback and assistance.
- Develop and share training resources attendance logs and assessment documents.
- Keep detailed records of attendance assessments and learner results.
- Assist learners with their workplace assignments and ensure they meet all the program requirements.
- Guarantee that the training program adheres to the standards set by SETA and QCTO.
Requirements:
- Hold a qualification in Quality Management Business Administration or a related field (preferably at NQF Level 6 or higher).
- Be officially accredited as a facilitator with a current ETDP SETA certification.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in facilitation ideally within quality management or similar programs.
- Have a strong understanding of ISO standards particularly ISO 9001.
- Demonstrate excellent communication presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Be capable of effectively managing diverse groups of learners in a structured educational setting.
