Job Description
Franklin Pierce University is actively seeking qualified candidates for a Graduate Assistant (GA) position in Sports Information. This twoyear position offers valuable experience including tuition remission and an annual stipend of $8000. Please note that housing is not included and acceptance is contingent upon successful admission to the Universitys Graduate School.

Major Responsibilities:
- Serve as media contact for specific assigned sports.
- Generate press releases event recaps feature stories and related content.
- Develop monitor and maintain a consistent social media presence.
- Maintain team information and content on websites and physical archives.
- Produce publications including record books game programs etc.
- Arrange and/or perform game day responsibilities such as public address clock management scoreboard operations music etc.
- Bachelors degree is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in intercollegiate athletics preferred
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop InDesign Illustrator Premiere Pro After Effects)
- Experience with website content management systems (SIDEARM PrestoSports)
- General knowledge of statistical software (PrestoSports StatCrew NCAA Live Stats)
- Experience in sports photography videography and editing
