This rolewillbe challengingbutrewardingwiththeopportunityto havearealimpacton improvingthelivesofpeoplewhouseourservices. Within the role you will provide a service to the individuals who live within the group to ensure that each persons speech and language and eating and drinking needs are met within a Positive Behaviour Support framework. Your work will support those within our service to learn and develop skills that will enable them to life a lifestyle of their choice.
About You
You will have a Speech and Language Therapy professional qualification and a current professional registration with HCPC. Ideally you will have knowledge of learning disability and/or autism and associated mental health difficulties but this is not essential. You will actively provide support and professional advice to other members of the team and all other stakeholders.
