The Implementation Policy Analyst will play a key role on the Policy Implementation team at yes. every kid. foundation (YesF) supporting states in launching and improving education freedom programs including Education Savings Accounts (ESAs) personaluse tax credits and open enrollment initiatives.

This position focuses on the handson technical and operational work of helping state agencies design execute and refine familycentered programs. The analyst will work closely with agency staff and internal teams to develop and deliver critical implementation deliverables from project timelines to communications strategies and handbooks for families.

This position fills a critical capacity need as the team expands current work and pursues new strategic engagements.

The yes. every kid. team is remote with an optional inperson office in Arlington VA.

How Youll Contribute:

    • Support active implementation efforts across multiple states with a focus on K12 education freedom programs (e.g. ESAs tax credits open enrollment).
    • Draft implementation tools such as statespecific project plans RFP outlines stakeholder communications FAQs process documentation and family/provider materials.
    • Contribute to the design and documentation of customer service strategies technology integrations and family engagement resources.
    • Draft memos internal briefings and external deliverables to support implementation planning and .
    • Represent yes. every kid. foundation. in communications with agency staff and other statelevel stakeholders as appropriate.
    • Assist in preparing proposals presentations and followups related to new state engagements.
    • Travel (up to 25 may be required to support state implementation work.

What You Will Bring:

    • 37 years of experience in state government policy implementation or education reform with direct involvement in program operations.
    • Strong understanding of program administration state agency operations and/or vendor management within K12 education systems.
    • Excellent written communication capable of developing polished deliverables for internal and external audiences.
    • Skilled at working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Missionaligned passionate about making education programs work better for families.

Standout Candidates Will Bring:

    • Familiarity with ESA tax credit or open enrollment policy design.
    • Prior experience supporting or advising state agency staff.
