The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. Job Description
Being a brilliant mixologist at The Luxury Collection means staying up to date with the latest global trends. When youre behind the bar your energy creates an atmosphere that is both warm and inviting. You take pride in offering guests a wellcurated seasonal beverage menu engaging conversation and helpful suggestions. When done right your service creates a truly unique experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests and share indepth knowledge of our offerings
Serve guests at the hotels bar and restaurant tables
Open and serve wine/champagne
Prepare daily garnishes and bar mise en place
Manage stock of ice glassware and bar supplies
Maintain the bar area clean and organized
Understand and analyze beverage sales
Before starting you will receive safety training to obtain the necessary certifications

Excellent teamwork and attention to detail
Positive attitude and outgoing personality
Our guests value our ability to be perfect hosts behind the bar
Previous experience in fine dining restaurants and 5star hotels is highly valued
High level of English required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
