The Role
Cash App is seeking an innovative Senior Creative Strategist with a passion for performancedriven creative and a track record of delivering highimpact campaigns. As a key player on our Growth Marketing team you will shape the creative strategy behind our performance marketing campaigns leveraging data customer insights and bold creative thinking to drive newcustomer growth. You will partner closely with senior marketers media buyers and both inhouse and external creative teams to develop and refine bestinclass ad creative that drives measurable improvements in campaign performance.
The ideal candidate is deeply attuned to emerging trends in ad creative across platforms (Meta TikTok YouTube etc. shifts in audience behavior and evolving market dynamics. You will lead the development of strategic frameworks articulate compelling creative briefs and translate complex performance data into actionable insights that drive results. By combining creative thinking with a strategic understanding of the competitive landscape youll inform and inspire creative decisions that keep Cash App ahead of the curve.
This is an opportunity to join a fastpaced innovative team where your expertise in performance marketing storytelling and datadriven insights will be instrumental in driving growth. This role reports to the Creative & Content Strategy Lead and will be pivotal in shaping how Cash App acquires new audiences and achieves business results.
