Were scaling our Talent Acquisition team by adding the Sourcing function to support our ambitious growth plans at Aleph Alpha for 2025 and beyond.
Were looking to hire a Talent Sourcer at the Mid to Senior level for a role that goes beyond simple sourcing. You will become a key contributor to Aleph Alphas talent acquisition engine by building highquality pipelines and helping shape our growing sourcing function.
Your responsibilities
Source and engage candidates for technical/nontechnical roles
Support market mapping efforts
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify requirements and provide pipeline updates
Help document and optimize sourcing playbooks
Your profile
The ideal candidate:
Has proven experience in the technology industry hiring for a variety of technical and nontechnical roles (you will work on the roles in our Research Product Customer and Operations departments)
Has previous experience in a startup highvolume hiring setup or unstructured environment
3 5 years of handson sourcing experience proficient in Boolean Search and LinkedIn Recruiter and niche platforms
Able to craft compelling outreach messages and engaging recruiting pitch
Skilled in evaluating candidate competencies during initial screens ensuring only highpotential candidates are advanced to the next stage
Has a passion for the research and mapping components of the Sourcing
Can confidently partner with recruiters and hiring managers
Has strong data ownership able to track and report on own sourcing effectiveness
Fluent in English
