Job Description

As an Associate Control Management in our globally located team you will oversee key control and operational risk management by identifying areas for control enhancement and process improvement. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance control processes and contribute to strategic projects ensuring robust risk management practices. This role is integral to maintaining a strong control environment and driving continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities:
- Support the management of Risk & Controls Business Operations by ensuring effective oversight and governance.
- Facilitate daily operations of the Controls team while adhering to internal policies and external regulations ensuring all trading activities align with legal and ethical standards.
- Assist with internal testing audits compliance and regulatory exams by providing essential documentation and explanations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting on the risk and control framework.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address control variances and enhance controls.
- Enhance monitoring and reporting processes to deliver insightful metrics.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of controls identifying areas for improvement.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills;
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
- 5 years of professional experience related to financial services risk management compliance or legal.
- High degree of initiative selfdirection and ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements relevant to trading activities.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and stakeholder engagement.

- Ability to understand a complex global business and regulatory requirements and work autonomously to affect change in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to make informed decisions and influence stakeholders.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- A curious mind that prefers to go deep to understand details
- Experience and knowledge of various analytical tools (Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis Alteryx Tableau Power BI and QlikView)
