Job Description
Value Added Distributors LLC is looking for a driven hardworking and enthusiastic Manufacturing Associate to join our team of experts in custom hose building at our Redgranite WI location. This position will report to the Branch Manager and is responsible for the assembly of hydraulic hoses and will assist in the daytoday production activities. Pay: $15.00 per hour
- Potential pay increases based on work performance
Work Schedule: MondayFriday 6:00am2:30pm Day Shift Overtime when necessary

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Associate:
- Assemble assigned product parts in accordance with production guidelines.
- Monitor quality processes.
- Complete and submit inspection paperwork.
- Safely operate hand tools power tools and equipment.
- Safely operate a forklift (training provided if needed).
- Keeping records of inventory.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for the Manufacturing Associate:
- Requires ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous forklift experience is desired.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Must possess the ability to apply basic math skills.
- Must be able to use and read tape measures and digital calipers.
- Ability to work quickly accurately and independently in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
