Position Title: Assembler (2nd Shift and 3rd Shift) (MUST BE AS9100/ISO and ITAR Trained)

Key Responsibilities
- Precision Assembly: Assemble mechanical parts and components into final products by interpreting blueprints engineering drawings and detailed work instructions.
- Tool Usage: Operate hand tools power tools and specialized assembly equipment with high accuracy and care.
- Technical Interpretation: Read and follow technical drawings schematics and work orders to ensure all assemblies meet design specifications.
- Quality Inspection: Perform in-process checks and final inspections to ensure assemblies meet stringent quality and safety standards.
- Testing: Conduct basic functional tests on assembled units; identify and resolve issues as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Quality Control Engineering and Machine Operators to ensure seamless workflow and timely project completion.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and correct assembly discrepancies including misalignments defects and equipment issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to operational excellence by suggesting improvements to assembly processes tooling and workflow.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 2 years of assembly experience in a mechanical/manufacturing environment.
- Certifications: Must have prior training in AS9100 ISO standards and ITAR regulations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and using hand/power tools.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Team Orientation: Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Organizational Skills: Strong documentation and time management abilities.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work 2nd shift hours weekends or overtime as required.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Fast-paced production environment with exposure to machinery and noise.
- Required PPE includes safety glasses gloves ear protection and steel-toed boots.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
