Job Description
Parttime Automotive Service Advisor required near Kettering
up to 28000 basic salary OTE
Hours can be flexible
This is a exciting opportunity to join a fantastic dealership and work within a dealer group that invests in its staff and their wellbeing.
With over 40 years of history this dealership holds customer service and thus its retention at the heart of the department.
Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- Greeting customers and scheduling services
- Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
- Providing additional services including service plans
- Handling customer complaints
