Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to maximize customer satisfaction scores
- Greet customers in an enthusiastic manner
- Perform introductory walk around with customers in the service drive
- Manage time in a fastpaced work environment
- Actively listen to customerswhile receiving/documenting customers needs and concerns
- Work as a team with technicians to achieve maximum productivity
- Fully complete the advisor section of the electronic multipoint inspection
- Advise customers of all maintenance and mechanical needs using the provided maintenance menu
- Effectively translate technician recommendations into a language customers can understand
- Develop and provide accuratetime and monetary quotes for each repair
- Receive payment for maintenance and repairs
- Go for a test drive with customers to verify concerns when necessary
- Any other task provided by management staff
Qualifications
- Exceptional time management skills
- Positive attitude and superior customer service skills
- Basic understanding of automotive technology and terminology
- Previous advisor experience preferred; Kia experience a plus!
- Ability to work while standing for extended hours
- Ability to work some Saturdays
- Effectively use computerbased software and hardware
- Ability and willingness to change with the industry
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen
