Job Description
TitusWill Automotive Group is looking for Finance Managers for our dealerships in Tacoma! TitusWill is a trusted familyowned and operated business since 1938 and is a great place for you to call home! We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual who can be a leader in our finance team streamline processes and provide expert financial guidance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and profit goals in F&I
- Review and process financing applications ensuring accuracy and compliance with lending institutions requirements.
- Offer financial advice and present financing options to customers explaining terms conditions and benefits.
- Collaborate with lending institutions and maintain strong relationships to secure favorable financing terms.
- Ensure all finance and insurance documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Stay uptodate with industry regulations compliance and best practices.
- Assist in resolving any customer inquiries or concerns related to finance and insurance.
- Analyze finance and insurance performance metrics identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in finance business or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in automotive finance and insurance with at least 2 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing processes regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Proficiency in finance and insurance software and tools.
- Detailoriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Valid drivers license.
