Job Description
Toast is driven by building the allinone restaurant platform that helps restaurants operate their business increase sales engage guests and keep employees happy.
Toast is looking for an Executive Assistant ll who will work directly with our Executive Team members and will provide executive support in a close working relationship. The Executive Assistant ll serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters about that Executive. The Executive Assistant ll will be able to work independently on projects from conception to completion and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle various activities and confidential matters with discretion.
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement combining both inoffice and remote work. Your recruiter will provide more information about the specifics of this hybrid model.
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- Heavy and proactive calendar management
- Coordination and prioritization of meetings for leadership team
- Handling of logistics for internal and external events
- Management of travel arrangements and expense reports
- Identification and recommendation for process improvements related to scheduling and calendar management
Do you have the right ingredients* (Requirements)
- 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar role
- Strong prioritization skills
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and provide effective solutions
- Thrives in a fastpaced and ambiguous environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
