You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe ORS Occupational Therapy team is expanding and to facilitate this growth we have created a new position of ACT Regional Manager working across our Fyshwick & Mitchell offices! You will be joining a national team of 110 Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division performing clinical services to participants aged 065 with various diagnoses and disability types.
You and your team of clinicians will get to work with an amazing group of clients over a period of months or even years and you will play an integral part in their personal growth and development. You will form a close bond with your clients and get to celebrate their achievements with them every step of the way.
Your responsibilities as a Regional Manager will include:
You will work across various environments including family homes disability group homes day programs schools community and/or ORS offices.

Learning and Development:

You will be able to connect with these experts in one on one and group training sessions and they are available for round the clock specialist support in addition to your Team Leader & Manager.
You will also have access to internal Occupational Therapy specific and interdisciplinary professional development opportunities (Special Interest Groups Monthly Discipline Specific Inservices and MultiDisciplinary Inservices). These are offered either live or in recorded formats to ensure you have access to the training that suits your needs with the opportunity to pursue clinical specialisation. Opportunities to pursue external training will also be considered with options to purchase training allowances through the bonus scheme available.
