The Opportunity That Awaits You:
Are you looking to be part of an enthusiastic driven friendly cooperative team The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist will perform daily accounting tasks supporting our accounting/financial functions. The responsibilities include but not limited to perform 2way 3way supplier invoice match in ERP system troubleshoot and research supplier(s) related inquiries provide excellent internal and external customer service. In addition there will be some assistance with general ledger accounting tasks. Ad hoc projects will be assigned from time to time.
What Your DayToDay Will Involve:
- Process various type of AP transactions including supplier invoices and check requests in accordance with policies and controls.
- Ensure invoices are accurately coded approved posted and processed within established deadlines.
- Process 2way and 3way matched vouchers.
- Process check runs and electronic payments.
- Oversee supplier inquiries and resolve discrepancies directly with suppliers.
- Analyze invoices for monthly accruals.
- Maintain and set up supplier accounts in ERP system and request W9 forms.
- Interact and meet regularly with Supply Chain to discuss pending issues and for process improvements.
- Adhere to SOX controls and company policies.
- Prepare general journal entries account reconciliations and other accounting analysis tasks.
- Maintain trained status for and comply with all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance.
- Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management & EHS policies.
The Qualifications We Need You to Possess:
- Associate degree in finance/accounting or equivalent experience
- 3 5 years of experience processing accounts payable with an ERP system preferred
- Experience with Coupa software a plus
- Detailoriented and ability to carefully follow instructions
- Good communication and writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Team player

PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY
Procept is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role represents a base salary range for noncommissionable roles or ontarget earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to jobrelated skills depth of experience relevant certifications and training and specific work location. Based on the factors above Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus equity and the benefits listed above.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Well provide you training for and ask you to maintain trained status for and comply with all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance. We would also ask you to understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS policies.
