Opportunity Details:
Sampson Regional is seeking a fulltime board certified (Family Medicine preferred) physician to join its community Convenient Care. Sampson Convenient Care is located within a half mile of the main hospital and ER. With an average daily volume of 2535 the walkin clinic treats patients of all ages for a range of acute conditions. Appointments may also be made to build a patient volume. We seek a skilled and experienced candidate who is comfortable with being the solo provider and who maintains a strong focus and commitment to providing outstanding and compassionate care to all patients.

- Convenient walkin care provided for nonlifethreatening injuries to both adult and pediatric patients
- Common treatments include: Respiratory conditions digestive conditions urinary conditions skin conditions lacerations and sprains drug testing IV fluids immunizations injections sutures xray (with the radiologist looking behind) and lab testing
- Work injuries in Sampson County as well as followups with patients
- Assist with training orientation and clinical support for new providers advanced practice providers and clinical support staff

Located in Clinton NC Sampson Regional Medical Center has served its community since 1950 and is now one of only a handful of independent communitybased hospitals remaining in North Carolina.
