As a Psychological Counselor you will support students emotional and mental wellbeing ensuring they achieve their academic potential through expert guidance.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Masters degree in psychology is essential for candidacy (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide oneonone and group counseling sessions to offer guidance and support to students.
- Assess student needs and develop personalized intervention plans to address emotional and psychological challenges.
- Conduct workshops and educational programs to enhance students coping strategies and resilience.
- Collaborate with teachers parents and school staff to create a supportive environment for students.
- Monitor student progress providing feedback and adjustments to counseling strategies as needed.
- Respond promptly to crisis situations and provide appropriate interventions and support.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and progress assessments in compliance with confidentiality laws.
- Stay updated on the latest counseling practices and integrate new techniques into counseling methods.
