CAPITAL and Carolinas Collision Center is Hiring a COLLISION ESTIMATOR
Are you passionate about precision love working with people and thrive in a fastpaced environment Carolinas Collision Center in Wake Forest is on the hunt for a skilled and sharp Automotive Collision Estimator to join our highperforming team! Were looking for someone whos not only detaildriven but also confident in delivering accurate repair estimates while providing topnotch customer service.
As a key player in our Body Shop team youll be the goto expert for assessing vehicle damage and creating repair plans that are clear honest and efficient. Your work ensures smooth communication between our customers insurance adjusters and technicians making you an essential part of the customer experience.
What Youll Be Doing:
Perform indepth inspections of damaged vehicles and determine necessary repairs
Provide clear friendly explanations of repair estimates to customers
Partner with insurance adjusters to review and finalize repair costs
Communicate effectively with the repair team to ensure accuracy and alignment
Keep meticulous records of estimates customer communication and insurance documents
Step up for additional tasks as needed were a team that supports one another!
What Were Looking For:
2 years of experience as a Body Shop Estimator (preferred)
Strong understanding of automotive repairs parts and processes
Proficient with estimating software and general office applications
Excellent communication skills especially when translating technical info into everyday language
Must be able to pass preemployment background screenings
