Inviting applications for the role of Manager Change Manager Business Analyst!
In this role we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst for our Front Office operations. The ideal candidate will possess indepth knowledge of investment banking products financial instruments and agile methodologies. This role requires a professional with strong analytical skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions in a fastpaced dynamic environment
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements related to investment banking products and financial instruments.
Conduct detailed analysis on various investment banking functions ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Act as a liaison between the Front Office technology teams and other business units to facilitate seamless communication and project delivery.
Ensure efficient implementation of Agile methodologies in managing projects and workflows.
Provide expert insights and recommendations on financial instruments market trends and investment strategies.
Leverage FRM and CFA expertise to perform risk assessments and create financial models.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including process workflows use cases and business requirements.
Support testing efforts including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the investment banking domain with relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of investment banking products (e.g. derivatives equities fixed income) and financial instruments.
Professional certifications such as FRM or CFA are highly desirable.
Handson experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g. Scrum Kanban).
Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented fastpaced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA Confluence or similar platforms.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance in investment banking.
Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
