Responsibilities:
- Assisting with HR tasks like preparing visa letters and employment verifications.
- Onboarding POC for new hires
- Coordinating travel arrangements and maintaining related documentation.
- Managing administrative tasks including office supplies
- Vendor coordination
- Assisting with payroll inputs
- Supporting office security and facilities management tasks.
- Logistics for events and townhalls
- Assisting with engagement activities
BasicRequirements:
- Atleast5yearsofexperienceasaHRspecialist.
- Experienceinproductorganisationpreferred.
- Experienceinfastpacedenvironmentrequired.
- Experienceworkingwithcrossfunctionalteamsismandatory.
