About the role
HashiCorp is seeking a dynamic Director of Field Marketing for EMEA to lead and execute regional marketing initiatives that drive awareness pipeline and revenue across Europe the Middle East and Africa. As the marketing leader for the EMEA region you will partner closely with regional sales leadership to develop and execute integrated gotomarket (GTM) strategies aligned with business objectives.
You will be responsible for the planning and of field marketing programs including events workshops webinars content syndication regional campaigns and other demand generation activities. This is a highimpact strategic role for a marketing leader passionate about accelerating HashiCorps growth in the region through a combination of strategic planning and also rolling up their sleeves to drive .
What youll do (responsibilities)
- Serve as the primary field marketing leader for HashiCorp in EMEA owning the regional marketing plan and results.
- Partner closely with EMEA sales leadership to align marketing initiatives for both decision makers and practitioners with regional pipeline and revenue goals.
- Develop and execute integrated field marketing programs including:
- Regional events (inperson and virtual)
- Handson workshops and technical enablement sessions
- Webinars and digital events
- Content syndication and localized content programs
- Accountbased marketing (ABM) initiatives for strategic accounts
- Localize and adapt global campaigns for EMEA markets while ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage and optimize regional marketing budgets to maximize return on investment.
- Track measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs against KPIs including pipeline contribution lead generation and sales velocity.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Digital Marketing Global Events and Executive Programs to ensure regional messaging and programs are aligned.
- Develop a high performing team of local field marketers
- Act as a strong brand ambassador for HashiCorp in EMEA supporting customer and partner engagement activities.
What youll need (basic qualifications)
- 10 years of experience in field marketing demand generation or related marketing roles with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven experience partnering directly with enterprise sales organizations to drive GTM alignment and measurable business impact.
- Deep understanding of the EMEA market landscape regional buying behaviors and cultural nuances across key countries.
- Strong experience planning and executing a mix of virtual and physical events ABM programs and digital marketing tactics.
- Highly datadriven with strong skills in marketing metrics pipeline reporting and ROI analysis.
- Ability to manage budgets prioritize initiatives and work in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
- Exceptional project management collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo) CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and other martech solutions is a plus.
- Fluency in English required
- Willingness to travel within the region 1020 and periodic travel to the United States 23x per year)
Whats nice to have (preferred qualifications)
- Experience marketing to DevOps platform teams infrastructure or security personas.
- Familiarity with HashiCorp tools or other opensource developer tools.
- MBA is a plus
- Conversational fluency in other European languages is a plus
