Key job responsibilities
Follow work instructions and safety procedures
Assemble and test with emphasis to detail an assortment of LRUs electricalmechanical assemblies avionics or other complex aerospace builds
Participate in process improvements maintain floor stock inventory
You will independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverables
Execute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenance
Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations
Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated
Supports some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems
Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (Using pallet jacks kit carts etc)
Your work may include contributing to improving SOPs and safety procedures

Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $33.50 / hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure. Additional Requirements:
Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed. Shift will vary depending on program needs.
Flexible working/commuting in between site locations Redmond WA and Kirkland WA
Standing for long periods of time climbing up and down ladders bending grasping sitting pulling pushing stooping and stretching may be required to perform the functions of this position
Able to liftup to 25lbs. unassisted
1 years in a high traceability manufacturing environment or relevant trade school certification
1 years using hand tools and/or precision measuring instruments (i.e. Calipers multimeters torque wrenches)
1 years working with test tools and test methods that adequately validate the system
Experience reading interpreting and working from engineering documentation and/or drawings
Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) certification/license
CFOT certification or equivalent experience
Airman or Avionic certification or equivalent experience
ASE certification or equivalent experience
Experience in fastpaced production environment with flight hardware
Experience working with FOD ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements
Experience working with ElectroMechanical Assembly Final Integration Fiber Optics/Optical and/or Harness Integration
Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a highpaced challenging work environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $62400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $68640/year in our highest geographic market.
