About us
Are you passionate about making a difference in the mental health sector The newly integrated Adult and Older Adult Service combines the strengths of AMAH Adult Community Mental Health and Caulfield Aged and Liaison Psychiatry Services. Our mission is to provide comprehensive personcentred support to adults and older adults through an expansive range of therapeutic addiction traumainformed and family violence services.
As part of our commitment to the Royal Commission into Victorias Mental Health recommendations and the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 were expanding our offerings to ensure clients benefit from specialist expertise alongside access to innovative broadspectrum care options. This includes specialised pathways for substance use disorders rehabilitation and recovery physical and mental health integration and traumafocused services.
Our service focuses onintegrated treatment education peer support care planning and navigation services designed to support individuals through every stage of their recovery journey.

About the Role
You will be responsible for the ondevelopment and implementation of the Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Response (EIPSR) which has been funded by The Department of Health and Human Services. The Alfred contracts two communitymanaged mental health providers of Mental Health Community Support Service (MHCSS) to provide this service. This role is responsible for the implementation and coordination of these services as well as act as the key liaison for the external and internal key stakeholders.
