Job Description
Join the Filoli Team as a Seasonal Experience Representative!
Hourly Rate: $26
Flexible schedule 040 hours per week)
Weekday eveningand weekendshifts starting the week of May 26th
Located in Woodside CA
What Youll Do:
Greet and engageguests with warm helpful energy
Share information about Filolis history and gardens
Welcome guests into our Clock Tower Shop and assist them in purchasing specialty products
Bartend at events (if 21 restock supplies and create a fun safe vibe
Help manage guest flow and support special events
Be part of a team that values sustainability integrity and inclusivity
What Were Looking For:
Friendly and guestfocused attitude (experience in hospitality retail or museums is a plus)
Willingness to be on your feet work weekends and evenings and help where needed
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Someone who is excited to create a welcoming experience for every guest
If bartending: must be 21 and legally able to serve alcohol
Basic computer & retail skills (Square experience bonus points!
Physical Requirements:
Able to walk stand and move around the property (including stairs and uneven ground)
Occasionally able to lift or carry items up to 50 pounds
When and Where:
This is a seasonal role with flexible hours depending on events and programs.
Youll be working onsite at Filoli in Woodside CA.
Schedules are shared at least two weeks in advance.
