Job Description
Primary purpose
Responsible for managing the delivery of agreed product features collaborating with development marketing engagement and data teams. Acting as the voice of the Customer and Stakeholders the role ensures the Development team receives the necessary details for creating a worldclass customer experience.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Requirements Analysis:
- Analyze product requirements from Customers and stakeholders.
Solution Design:
- Design solutions aligned with strategic and operational objectives.
Progress Reporting
- Create and communicate progress reports for development cycles.
Product Specifications:
- Develop product specifications for the Development team.
Documentation:
- Generate supporting documentation for internal and external Stakeholders.
User Acceptance Testing:
- Conduct User Acceptance Tests on delivered features.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team for value delivery.
Brand Consistency:
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
Solution Improvement:
- Make datainformed suggestions for better solutions.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure a worldclass customer experience across all product features.
Industry Awareness:
- Stay updated on industry terminology concepts and best practices
Expectation Communication:
- Assist the team in understanding and communicating expectations.
Education experience attributes:
Knowledge skills and attributes:
- Domain knowledge in payments finance or related fields.
- Agile methodology experience in managing multiple projects.
- Experience with diverse and multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with multiple providers and systems.
- Experience with Native App development best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously meet tight deadlines and achieve stretch KPIs.
- Benchmarking performance against leading businesses.
- Ability to interpret and make customercentric decisions.
- Proven organizational and collaborative skills for balancing divergent priorities.
- Positive and empathetic attitude with leadership abilities.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy with quick application learning.
- Microservices experience is beneficial.
- Flexibility to perform adhoc tasks as per business needs.
Education and training:
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in a related discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
