Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the success of the Accounting Team by assisting and coaching on the following tasks:
- Manage customer payments and invoicing process for Foodmate US.
- Assist with customer reconciliations as required.
- Check SAP for collections status.
- Process invoices for parts sales.
- Assist in processing invoices for service agreements (AIP) department.
- Enter invoices in Taulia or Mercado for customer specific financial transactions.
- Email invoices to customers daily.
- Reach out to new customers regarding w9 and tax matters.
- Process credit checks on new customers.
- Creating accounts for customers in SAP.
- Reconciling monthly sales tax reports.
- Coordinate sales tax exemption certificates.
- Maintain the Companys system of accounts and ensure all books and records are retained to support all company transactions
- Understand and adhere to all Company Ethical and Compliance policies
- Work with outside tax providers to support the preparation of the tax provision and tax returns
- Directs preparation of annual business Plan and Quarterly Reforecasts.
- Prepares reports required by regulatory agencies.
- Develop analyze and interpret other supplemental financial reports of the Company in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability cash flow performance against budget and operating effectiveness of the organization
- Assist in finance department as needed.
Qualifications
What you need to be successful:
- Good communication skills
- Able to work with others as a team and independently
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent Organizational skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Associates Degree
- Minimum 57years experience in the accounting field
- Ability to operate 10key by touch and keyboard at minimum of 40 WPM
