Pantheon Data was founded in 2011 initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Our service offerings have grown in the past ten years including infrastructure resiliency contact center operations information technology software engineering program management strategic communications engineering and cybersecurity. Position Overview

Pantheon Data has partnered with the US Navy to modernize their HR enterprise. The project involves improving service delivery to Sailors their families and future recruits through a holistic endtoend effort that will impact the Navys HiretoRetire lifecycle. We are supporting the Navys HR digital transformation through several lines of effort that include migrating systems to the cloud among others. We will do this with a focus on implementing a seamless digital sailor experience enabling data driven decision making mitigating risks while improving business operations continuity and improving operational efficiencies while optimizing costs. Additionally Pantheon Data will incorporate its proprietary tools to enhance machine learning and robotic process automation.

As a Technical Project Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing delivery of complex cloud migration projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives develop detailed project plans and ensure effective communication and coordination among crossfunctional teams. Your role will involve monitoring project progress managing risks and ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget. You will provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle driving the organizations digital transformation and supporting its strategic goals. This position requires a strong blend of technical knowledge project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Federal cloud application migrations to AWS GovCloud.
• Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans schedules and budgets.
• Manage crossfunctional teams ensuring clear communication and coordination.
• Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify and manage changes to project scope and impacts to project plans and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Project Management or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
• 15 years overall experience including 10 years as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
• Experience planning and of web systems migration from an onpremise data center to AWS GovCloud.
• Technical experience with strong knowledge of AWS infrastructure and services.
• Experience managing large scale native application migrations to AWS GovCloud.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum).
• Experience managing complex technical projects and crossfunctional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project JIRA and Confluence.
• Maintain a detailed project plan to track progress and identify blockers.
• Prepare weekly status summary presentations/reports to present to Stakeholders and Project Team.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope schedule and costs.
• Excellent organizational leadership and problemsolving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP Security and AWS certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively remotely in crossfunctional teams

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Work Location: United States Remote

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $150000 $170000. This is not however a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather salary will be set based on experience geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
