KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ecommerce Platform Management: Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the Magento eCommerce platform ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
- Merchandising & Product Management: Implement merchandising strategies to optimize conversion rates enhance product discovery and align with customer shopping behaviors.
- Website Performance & Analytics: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to monitor website traffic analyze user behavior and identify growth opportunities. Conduct A/B testing to improve UX/UI and conversion rates.
- Collaboration with Digital Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to implement campaigns that drive traffic engagement and sales ensuring a consistent brand experience.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve platform issues enhance site functionality and work with developers to implement new features.
- SEO & CRO Strategies: Improve organic search rankings and conversion rates through best practices in SEO content optimization and customer journey enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of experience managing an eCommerce platform preferably Magento.
- Strong knowledge of SEO Google Analytics A/B testing and UX/UI best practices.
- Proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving website performance.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and project management skills.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) product information management (PIM) systems and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Compensation: The estimated annual base salary for this role ranges from $75k $85k. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidates jobrelated knowledge skills qualifications and experience.
