Job Description
Bodycare is seeking a passionate and skilled Physiotherapist to join our Onsite Injury Prevention team as in Launceston!
This is a contractor position offering 17 hours per month working 1 day per week 3 weeks on 1 week off).
At Bodycare we are committed to preventing injuries promoting employee wellbeing and supporting effective returntowork programs for our clients. Our team of dedicated physiotherapists work together to keep workers healthy safe and injuryfree!
What Youll Be Doing:
- Early Intervention Physiotherapy Provide early assessment and treatment to prevent injuries from becoming chronic.
- Workplace Assessments Conduct a range of assessments across diverse work environments from tarmacs to warehouses.
- Education and Training Empower employees with knowledge and strategies to take charge of their health.
- Building Relationships Collaborate with workers supervisors and site leaders to foster a strong health and safety culture.
- Developing Injury Prevention Plans Partner with your leadership team and site contacts using our custom software to drive injury prevention initiatives.

What Youll Need:
- At least 1 year of musculoskeletal experience in an onsite or private practice setting.
- A Physiotherapy degree and full AHPRA registration.
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships and engage confidently with a range of individuals.
- A proactive curious and adaptable attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Australian residency or an approved work visa.
- A valid drivers license and reliable transport.
